JDP are probably the most active agent in the development of student accommodation throughout the North West of England. We have been involved in the site identification, development and acquisition of over 2000 student bedspaces in Manchester. JDP also have active development opportunities in other major university towns/cities such as Birmingham, Liverpool, Nottingham, Lancaster and Preston.

We have recently acquired a prime site for the development of 525 student bedspaces in Manchester on behalf of Student Castle. The development of the 37 storey tower, the second tallest building in Manchester, will have a notable effect on the Manchester skyline and will raise accommodation standards for students in the city.
